When I was 14 years old I discovered L’Air du Temps by Nina Ricci and fell in love. This became my signature fragrance all through high school and a little beyond. One afternoon I was getting ready to go out on a date and asked my mom if I could use her Chanel No 5. She said “yes of course, but be careful with how much you use because it is a very powerful fragrance.” At the time, I wasn’t quite sure what she was saying, but later I realized what she meant. This is mom’s last Chanel No 5 and every time I open it I think of her. -Bious
